This part of Eastern Riviera has a great character an wildness. Sharp promontories, little shertered coves, tiny fishing villages, sandy bays, cliffs, pinewoods and olive groves in the interland, all lend it charm.
Lerici is very near to Five Lands (Cinque Terre), to Portofino and Portovenere, all these resorts can be reached by sea with several trips a day.
The house is at the first floor in a little block of flats in a green area, it has no direct sea sight. You can reach it walking on a asphalted path surrounded with plants, this makes the house very quiet and fresh in the summer time. It has two double bedrooms, a sitting room with one or two beds, a small kitchen , a bathroom with shower and a terrace (6 bed places in all);all beds are single. It is equipped with bath and bed linen, crockery, washing machine, refrigerator, microwaves end elecric oven, vacuum cleaner. Indipendent gas heating provides also hot water. Priced include check in and check out cleaning, water, gas and electricity.
In ten minutes walking you can arrive to the center of the town and to the sea side, very near you can also find a supermarket.
To have a nice holiday in this wonderful place, forget the car! If you think to visit this stretch of Riviera by car, you’ll surely get a nervous breakdown. If you arrive with your car, leave it in a free parking and go on walking, or take a bus or a ferry. These little villages have narrow streets, often with many steps.
During your trips don’t forget to taste “farinata” something like a “pizza” made with chickpea flour; “trenette al pesto” a kind of pasta dressed with a green sauce; and Monterosso anchovies in olive oil, all with the local “Cinque Terre” wine.
