Different lengths of stay will be treated depending on availability.
The house is located on the Argentario promontory and looks directly over
the Giglio and Giannutri Islands, both easily reached via the excellent
ferryboat service.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (for a total of 8 sleeping
places), a well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine,
microwave oven and all common household appliances.
The house is fitted with everything necessary for pleasant stay (linen,
iron, hairdryer, etc.)
The apartment must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on Saturdays in the same conditions
in which it was handed over. On arrival, a deposit of € 750 must
be paid which will be refunded the day you depart. Every day between the
11.00 and the 12.00 a person of our trust will come to clean the rooms
and water the plants. The rental also includes bed and bathroom linen,
daily cleaning, overheads (water, electricity, gas), final cleaning, taxes,
and insurance. No other expenses will be requested apart from the rental
itself.
The apartment is located high above the sea; the photos provide evidence
of its enviable position. The reef below does not allow direct access
to the sea, however there is easy access to Cala Piccola, one of the most
famous beaches of the Argentario.
The beach and all the services of the bathing establishment are private.
At your arrival you will be provided with vouchers allowing free access
to the beach. A bar and a restaurant always open ensuring permanent service.
The closest town is Port Santo Stefano (approximately 15 minutes by car)
where you will find all provisions.
The Argentario forms one of the most beautiful parts of the Italian coastline.
The islands of Giannutri, Giglio and Elba are connected by ferry services
which allow you to make daily visits, leaving in the morning and returning
in the evening. A few kilometers inland are some of the most beautiful
and fascinating spots in the Tuscan Maremma, all easy reached by car.

How to get there: you can arrive from Rome or Florence via the Aurelia
ss1 motorway. At Orbetello take the route to Monte Argentario. Once at
Porto Santo Stefano follow the signs to the Cala Piccola.
