Payment terms

• For periods of up to 1 week, the utilities are included in the price (except for air conditioning). For periods of more than 1 week, utilities are additional.
• A deposit of € 200 / 1000 is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay.
• On request the linen change and cleaning may be carried out midweek at a cost of € 28/60.
• Payment of the rent and deposit must be made on consignment of the keys to the apartment.
• The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
• The apartment must be left in the same conditions as you found it. If the apartment is dirty when you leave you will be charged 50 euro for the cleaning
• The beds, other than those in the main bedroom, may be either single or sofa beds.
• All the apartments are supplied with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen, pots and pans and all cooking utensils etc..
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis.
• On request the linen change and cleaning may be carried out midweek at a cost of 28/60 Euro.
• The apartments must be left in the same condition as you found it, if the apartment is dirty when you leave, you will be charged 50 euro for the cleaning.
• Small pets are accepted in certain apartments.
• All apartments have been recently renovated.
• The location of the apartments in the main city centre just a stone's throw from the Duomo discourages the use of automobiles, which can if required, easily be hired from nearby garages.
• If you need a garage to park your car in, there is a car park about 1200 m from the centre, easily reached by public transport.

Helpful hints

The calmest times to visit Florence and the surrounding areas are from November to March. During these months, the lower number of tourists will allow you to comfortably visit all that Florence has to offer, starting from its museums where it will not be necessary to queue.

During your stay in Florence, you can dine in a traditional farmhouse of the Chianti area. The owner Serena Bucciolini, will be happy to welcome you to the green hills of Tuscany and offer you the flavours of true Tuscan cuisine. Booking is essential. The price is € 28 per person. During the summer season from June onwards, the swimming pool of the farmhouse is at your disposal free of charge before dinner.

If you are interested in visiting some of the lesser known museums, you can book a museum excursion spread out over three days. The visit, which is for a minimum of four and a maximum of eight people, will be led by a bilingual guide with a degree in art history, and lasts about three hours each day, taking in several churches containing very famous works, and four museums.
The cost per person, everything included is 90 Euro.

If you would like to visit the surrounding areas of Florence with an excursion to the Chianti area and several cities of art, a minibus will accompany you to these pleasant spots and to farms in the Tuscan countryside, where you can taste some of the famous Chianti wines, along with characteristic hams, salamis and cheeses.
These one-day tours are organized for a minimum of 6 people.

A golf course just outside Florence will allow you to keep in shape. An hour's play costs 30 Euro and includes entrance fee, clubs and balls.
