BOOKING - RESERVATION
Booking is very simple. Once you have chosen the accommodation which satisfies all your needs, you only have to complete application request form, we will reply to you within 12h. Should the requested accommodation not be available, we will be do our very best to offer you alternative accommodation.
As soon as we have checked the availability of the requested accommodation, you will receive our confirmation by email, with all the necessary details, the amount to pay as deposit and how payment can be made.
The remaining balance, along with the deposit (in case of damage), is to be paid in cash only, upon arrival, unless otherwise stated. The deposit is refunded at your departure, after your accommodation has been checked by the owner.
We have two different way of payment:
PAYPAL (wich you can pay using credit cards) or Bank transfer
PAYPA PAYMENT THE MOST SECURE METHOD OF PAYMENT
How can I be sure it is safe?
When you enter credit details on the prepayment page, you will see an icon at the top of your internet browser, to let you know that the transaction is SSL secured.
HOW
Once received the price to pay by email you can use the PAYPAL button on the apartment page. It will redirect you on the PAYPAL page.
If you are registered yet on PAYPAL you have to register.
Once registered insert the money value, specify your name,apartment name,period of staying and procede.
The transaction is immediate, and you will receive our confirmation within 12h.
The deposit must be received within 2 days of our confirmation date. If no deposit is received your booking will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: A reservation is valid only with the payment of the deposit and the issue of our booking voucher.
BOOKING VOUCHERS
As soon as we receive your deposit, our office will send you the booking voucher, a document which contains all your reservation details. You will be provided with all the necessary information for your arrival and check in (you are kindly asked to let the owner know your arrival/check in time). This includes directions to your accommodation, (kindly let us know your estimated arrival time), possible security deposit to be paid to owner if requested, and balance to be paid on arrival. It is very important that you print your voucher and that you present it when checking in. Should you not have received our voucher, please let us know and we will send you another copy promptly.
CHECK IN TIME
The standard check in time is from 2 pm. to 8 pm.,if you dont inform the landlord about delay you have to pay an extra cost of 20euro for the "late check in".
CHECK OUT
The accommodation must be left by 10 am. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
KEY DELIVERY
The house keys will be given to you on your arrival. The owner will let you know how to return them before departure. Should keys be lost there will be a charge of 20.00 Euro.
BALANCE
The balance of the reservation must be paid directly to the owner of the property on arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Should a security deposit for your particular accommodation be requested, it will be specified on your voucher.
ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS FROM OUR SIDE
For any alterations or cancellations due to Lodginginflorence, we will provide you with another accommodation of equal or superior quality. If you are not happy with this alteration, the booking will be cancelled and the total deposit will be refunded.
TRAVELING DOCUMENTS
All clients, also those residents of the European Union, are requested to present a valid identity document with a copy, to give to the owner, according to the laws in force.
ACCEPTANCE
Once the deposit payment has been made, you confirm the acceptance of all terms and conditions as stated above.
